NOTES

  • Loved the yarn I used!! It has a real shiny, crisp look. And it’s really soft to wear.
  • This stitch pattern is the most snuggly thing you could imagine for a scarf. I guess that’s why “Scrunchable Scarf” is such an appropriate name. You just want to keep smushing it in your hand like a teddy bear or something. It’s lovely to wear! It’s my new favorite scarf!!!
  • I skipped the selvage edge that the pattern called for because at the time I casted on, I had no idea what a selvage edge was! Haha. So after I contacted a bunch of people about it on Ravelry, they told me they just slipped the first and last stitches on their needles to get the nice, clean edge. But when I tried that with scrap yarn it just made it bunch up on the sides. So maybe I’m just doing it wrong, but anyway, I just skipped the special edge stitches completely and I think the scarf looks just spiffy without them :)
